Tree of Life

The 145-foot-tall centerpiece of Animal Kingdom is a massive artificial tree with over 300 animal carvings sculpted into its trunk, roots, and branches. The tree houses the It's Tough to be a Bug! 3D show inside its base. From a distance it looks like a real tree — up close, the intricate animal carvings reveal a new detail every time you look. The Tree of Life Awakenings show at night projects stunning animal-themed animations onto the tree. Allow time to walk around the base and discover all the hidden carved animals.
