Hours through November 15, 2026, from Disney's official schedule; Disney publishes about a month ahead and can change hours. "Closed" means the calendar has no operating hours that day. Early entry and extra-hours windows are for eligible hotel or ticket guests; ticketed evening events need a separate ticket.
Understanding Animal Kingdom hours
Animal Kingdom adjusts its operating hours seasonally. Hours are typically longer on weekends, school holidays and peak travel periods, and shorter on off-season weekdays.
Walt Disney World parks generally open between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Extended Evening Hours (for Deluxe resort guests) can keep select parks open later, and Early Theme Park Entry gives eligible resort guests 30 minutes before the official opening. On party nights Magic Kingdom closes early to day guests.
Pair the schedule with live Animal Kingdom wait times and the Walt Disney World crowd calendar to pick the lightest day and the best arrival window.
