How does Family Trip Pass work?
Family Trip Pass is a $24.99 one-time purchase that gives the buyer plus up to 5 family members 90 days of every paid feature. The buyer invites family by email; each accepted invite gets the features on their own account with their own dining alerts, LL alerts, and AI chat quotas. After 90 days, everyone reverts to Free.
What is Pro Planner?
Pro Planner is a CRM for independent travel agents who plan Disney trips for client families. Apply free with your website or social handles for a 3-active-client trial; upgrade ($14.99/mo or $99/yr) for up to 15 active clients plus a drag-and-drop pipeline, tasks and a client timeline, branded client email, calendar sync, one-tap itinerary PDFs, a public profile page, and the highest alert and AI chat quotas. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions (Individual and Pro Planner, monthly or yearly) can be cancelled at any time from your Settings page. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. Trip Pass and Family Trip Pass are one-time purchases that simply expire after 90 days — no cancellation needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure payment partner.
What is Reservation Monitor?
Reservation Monitor watches Disney's reservation system around the clock and alerts you the moment a table opens at your favorite restaurants. Set your preferred date, time window, meal period, and party size, and we'll notify you instantly via push notification and email when availability appears. It checks every 2 minutes so you can book before anyone else.

Yes. The trip planner, itinerary optimizer, live wait times, crowd calendar, strategy guides, Lightning Lane pricing, the buy/skip recommender, and 5 dining alerts are free for everyone. Paid tiers unlock Live Mode in-park routing, outlier wait-drop alerts, weather-aware re-routing, more dining and LL alerts, and the AI chat.
What happens when my Trip Pass or subscription expires?
Your account reverts to Free. Any alerts beyond the Free limit are paused, not deleted — you can reactivate them by buying another Trip Pass or subscribing to Individual.
