Park Concierge
Watches the Lightning Lanes you book and moves them to better times automatically, planned around your dining and your whole day.
Auto-book new Lightning Lanes (Beta): when a slot opens for a ride on your list, we book it for you — or ask first. Open to our beta testers.
Friends & Family is a Disney feature built for exactly this — you add us like any family member, so we can help manage your selections. We never see your password or payment details, and every Lightning Lane selection is free once you own your Multi Pass.
Apply for the free beta
Park Concierge isn't for sale right now: the beta is the only way in. Beta testers use Park Concierge free for their trip, including Auto-book (Beta), in exchange for honest feedback afterward. Tell us about your trip; once we approve you, we email you the setup steps. Spots are limited.
Getting a better Lightning Lane time
Can you change a Lightning Lane return time?
Yes. In the Disney app you can modify a Lightning Lane Multi Pass selection to a different time or ride whenever another time is available. Better times open up through the day as other guests change or cancel their plans, but you have to keep checking to catch one.
How do I get an earlier Lightning Lane time?
Keep checking the Disney app and modify your selection when an earlier time appears. Park Concierge does the checking for you: it watches the Lightning Lanes you booked and moves each one to an earlier time when one opens, only earlier unless you say otherwise, and tells you each time it does.
Does Park Concierge need my Disney password?
No. You link us through Disney's Friends & Family feature, the same way you would add a family member. We never see your password or payment details.
What if a Lightning Lane is sold out?
Single Pass Lightning Lanes often come back on sale later the same day after selling out. Set a free restock alert on the ride's page and we send a push notification when it comes back. Which rides sell out, and when →
