Walt Disney World Swan Reserve
The boutique 2021 tower of the Swan & Dolphin campus — smaller, quieter, newer, with the same Crescent Lake perks.
Other On-Property Hotels EPCOT area $350–$600/night (Marriott)
Swan Reserve is the 2021 addition to the Swan & Dolphin campus: a 349-room Autograph Collection tower across Buena Vista Drive from its big siblings, trading their convention bustle for a boutique-hotel register — muted interiors, a calm lobby, and the newest rooms in the entire Crescent Lake neighborhood. It shares the family perks (Early Entry, Extended Evening eligibility, Bonvoy earning) while feeling like the grown-ups' wing of the campus.
Amare anchors the dining — a Mediterranean room doing shakshuka mornings and seafood evenings — backed by a grab-and-go market and a quiet pool with private cabanas; the full Swan & Dolphin restaurant roster and the big grotto pool are a five-minute walk across the street, and the BoardWalk's row is ten minutes beyond that. The rooftop terrace hosts events with sightlines to both parks' fireworks, a hint at this tower's specialty: it books a lot of weddings.
The location is one notch farther from the gates than the Swan proper — a few extra minutes' walk to either EPCOT's International Gateway or Hollywood Studios, with the Friendship boat dock at the Swan covering tired-feet evenings. The same fine print applies: resort fee, paid parking, hotel-run buses to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom.
Who it suits: couples, wedding parties, and quiet-seekers who want new-build comfort beside the EPCOT resorts. Families chasing waterslides and character meals will be happier at the Dolphin or across the lake.
