Best-value quick-service picks
We have no portion-size or quality data, so "value" here means price only, under the rule shown for each list. A spot or item is called a best-value pick only when it meets that rule.
Cheapest-quartile counter-service spots, by park
Rule: A counter-service spot with at least 3 priced mains (mains as defined below, $8 or more) whose median main is in the cheapest 25% of the qualifying spots in the same park or area. Shown only where 8+ spots qualify.
Rule: The cheapest main ($8 or more) plus the cheapest side ($2 or more) at the same counter-service spot, where the two together cost no more than the median quick-service main in that park or area (the median needs 8+ mains). Drinks not included.
Resort hotels: median quick-service main $11.99 (from 404 mains); 7 of 27 spots selling both a main and a side qualify.

Source: priced items on Walt Disney World quick-service restaurant and kiosk menus in our database (the same data behind each restaurant's menu page), read at the time this page was built. Allergy-friendly sections (they repeat the regular menu), Disney's per-person pricing rows, private-dining venues and listings marked temporarily unavailable are left out; an item listed under several meal periods counts once.
Menu freshness: items are kept and labeled, not dropped, when their menu is older than 30 days or has no verification date — each item shows its menu's last-verified date so you can judge it. Exception: at a restaurant whose menu we re-checked item by item (since September 24, 2026), an item that was not found on that latest check is left out as most likely removed.
Table-service items on quick-service records: some counter-service spots in Disney's listings also carry their table-service neighbor's menu, and those rows can't be separated reliably. A quick-service spot that shares 10 or more distinctive items (same name and same price, not a standard item sold at 3+ counter-service spots) with one table-service restaurant is left out of this page entirely. For Walt Disney World that excludes 8 spots (841 listings): Barcelona Lounge (shares with Dahlia Lounge and Toledo - Tapas, Steak & Seafood); Ghirardelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop (shares with The Fountain); Morimoto Asia™ Street Food (shares with Morimoto Asia™); Tangerine (shares with Amare and Stir); The Basket at Wine Bar George (shares with Wine Bar George – A Restaurant & Bar and Learn How to Taste Wine with Master Sommelier George Miliotes); The Cake Bake Shop Bakery by Gwendolyn Rogers (shares with The Cake Bake Shop® Restaurant by Gwendolyn Rogers); The Market at Ale & Compass (shares with Ale & Compass Restaurant); The Smokehouse at House of Blues® (shares with The Front Porch at House of Blues).
Mains / entrées: Items in an "Entrées", "Mains", "Main Dishes", "Main Plates" or "Main Course" section, $8–$150; shareable platters ("serves", "family", "platter", "sampler") and bakery items (cinnamon rolls, muffins, Danish, pastries, doughnuts, cereal) excluded. Items under $8 in these sections are not counted: many are pastries, chips, sides and add-ons, though a few may be small meals.
Sides: Items in a "Side(s)" section, $2–$15; sauces, dips, dressings, "Add …" add-ons and multi-packs excluded.
Desserts: Items in a "Dessert(s)" or "Sweets" section, $2–$30; whole celebration cakes, collections and multi-packs, toppings, drinks and souvenir-container versions excluded.
Snacks: Non-drink items in a "Snacks" section, $1.50–$25; merchandise (souvenir buckets, cases, tongs, sippers, refills) and sauce or dip add-ons excluded. An item in a section named for both snacks and desserts ("Snacks & Desserts") counts as a dessert.
Kids' meals: Items in a kids' meal section ("Kids' Meals", "Kids' Disney Check Meals", "Kids' Menu"), $4–$20; kids' à la carte appetizers, drinks and souvenir plates excluded.
Fountain soft drinks: Items named "fountain drink" or "fountain beverage", regular size (large, souvenir-cup and refill listings excluded), up to $12. Listings over 2× the category median are treated as a larger serving (pitcher, bucket, large size) and left out.
Beer: Items in a beer / draft section whose name reads as a beer (lager, ale, IPA, stout, wheat beer or a major brand), up to $25; cider, seltzer, flights, pitchers and souvenir cups excluded. Listings over 2× the category median are treated as a larger serving (pitcher, bucket, large size) and left out.
Minimums: a category is shown only with 8+ items from 3+ spots; a park or area row needs 5+ items from 2+ spots.
Not covered: wine, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks other than fountain soda. On counter-service menus those sections mix bottles, spirits, canned drinks, alcoholic specialty drinks, flavor-shot add-ons and souvenir sippers, and we can't separate them reliably enough to name a "most expensive" or "cheapest".
Menus and prices change without notice, and seasonal or festival items come and go. Check the restaurant's menu page before you go.
