How to read this. Waits are the walk-up waitlist times Disney's app posted for The Plaza Restaurant (May 7, 2026 to October 16, 2026), averaged per day and hour in park time. They only count when the walk-up list was open, so a short average can still mean the list was often closed. Hours with fewer than 5 days of data are left out. Mobile Order times are not walk-up waits and are not included.
