Park Concierge

Spend less time on your phone in the parks. RopeDrop's Park Concierge can search for Lightning Lane availability and book or modify return times for your party automatically — using Disney's officially supported Friends & Family feature. We never ask for your MyDisney password — you give us a one-time 6-digit linking code that Disney itself generates.

Checking your Park Concierge status…
How does the Friends & Family connection work?

You generate a 6-digit linking code in My Disney Experience and paste it here. Our service account (loading…) types the same code into its own copy of MDE. Disney sees both halves and links the two accounts as Friends & Family. From then on our service can see your Guest IDs (the same way any Friend or Family member does) and book or modify Lightning Lanes for your party. We never see your password, payment details, or personal info — only your Guest IDs.

Why a 6-digit code instead of a password?

Disney's Terms of Use explicitly permit Friends and Family to book experiences for each other. Sharing your password with a third party would violate those terms and is never safe. The linking-code path is exactly how Disney's own help center recommends "let someone else manage my plans".

What if my code doesn't work?

Linking codes expire a few minutes after you generate them. Pop back into MDE, generate a fresh one, and paste it again. If it keeps failing, our service may have temporarily hit Disney's daily limit on new friend connections — try again tomorrow morning.

How do I disconnect later?

Use the Disconnect the concierge button above once you're connected — that stops us booking on your behalf immediately. To fully cut off access on Disney's side too, also open My Disney Experience → Profile → Family & Friends List, find the helper account, and tap to remove it (the button will show you its exact name).

Someone else in my party has their own Disney account — how do they link?

Each adult who manages their own My Disney Experience account generates their own 6-digit linking code — you can't do it for them. To save yourself a phone call, send them our short walk-through: it shows exactly which buttons to tap and how to send their code back to you.

Traveling with family on separate Disney accounts?

Grandparents, in-laws, or friends with their own My Disney Experience logins each need to link once. Instead of talking them through it on the phone, text or email them this simple 3-minute guide.
