What your families get

Each trip you build for a client has a handout: your branding at the top, then the trip’s dates, hotel and party, then every day’s park and plan in order, numbered.

Reservations, park hops and Split Group sections (with where everyone meets up) are marked. Timed rides get a forecast wait for the planned hour when RopeDrop has enough logged history; otherwise no number is shown.

Example An invented household and planner, shown as the shared link displays it. “N” stands in for the forecast number.

Three ways to hand it over

Print or PDF

Open the handout from the client’s trip and print it or save it as a PDF from your browser. This copy includes confirmation numbers and notes.

Read-only share link

Create a link the family can open without signing in, or paste it into your CRM or client portal. It’s shown once, so copy it then.

Replace or turn it off

New link replaces the old one, which stops working. Turn off link ends it. Links also stop if you leave the planner program.

What the share link leaves out

The link works without a sign-in, so the shared page is deliberately smaller than your printed copy:

  • No confirmation numbers
  • No notes (day, item, reservation and park-hop notes)
  • No flight details
  • No client contact details and never your sign-in email (only the contact email you set for clients)
  • No links into the app, and hidden from search engines

Brand it in a minute

On your planner profile, set a brand colour and an https link to your logo. No logo? Your profile picture is used. Very pale colours still mark the header line, but the text stays dark so it’s easy to read.

Send your next family a handout

The handout and share link come with the free Pro Planner beta, for 3 active clients at a time (leads and archived clients don't count).

Frequently asked questions

What does the client handout show?

Your logo (or profile picture), brand colour, name, contact email and website at the top; then the trip's dates, resort, party size and hotel; then each day's park and plan in order, numbered, with reservations, park hops and Split Group sections, and a forecast wait for timed rides where RopeDrop has enough history for that hour.

How do I share the handout with a client?

Open the client's page in Pro Planner and use the link icon next to a trip to create a read-only share link. Copy it when it appears: it's shown once. Send it to the family or paste it into your CRM or client portal. New link replaces it (the old one stops working) and Turn off link ends it.

What does the shared link leave out?

The shared page leaves out confirmation numbers, notes (day, item, reservation and park-hop notes), flight details. It never shows your client's contact details or your sign-in email, has no links into the app, and is hidden from search engines. The printed or PDF copy you open while signed in still includes confirmation numbers and notes.

Where do the forecast waits come from?

From RopeDrop's logged standby waits for that ride, weekday and hour, adjusted for the season. They're estimates for the planned time. A ride with too little history for that hour shows no number rather than a guess.

How do I brand it?

Set a brand colour and an https logo URL on your planner profile (Edit profile). If you don't add a logo, your profile picture is used. A very pale colour still marks the header, but the text stays dark so it's readable.

Does it cost anything?

The handout and share link are part of the free Pro Planner beta, which covers 3 active clients at a time (leads and archived clients don't count).
