Time saved is the average posted standby minus up to 10 minutes in the Lightning Lane line. A day counts as sold out when the ride's Lightning Lane showed no return times for at least 60 minutes in a row while the ride was open, starting more than 2 hours before the park closed. Running out in the last two hours happens to almost every ride and isn't counted. We call a Lightning Lane worth it when the ride's average posted standby wait over the period was 30 minutes or more, so skipping the line saves about 20 minutes or more (standby minus up to 10 minutes in the Lightning Lane). "No return times left by" is the park-local median time, on those days, that the ride's live feed first showed no Lightning Lane return times; it can differ from when a paid pass stopped selling.
