As of February 2, 2026, DinoLand U.S.A. is officially extinct. The land, including the thrilling DINOSAUR attraction, has closed permanently to make way for a brand-new land, the Tropical Americas, set to open in 2027. While we're sad to see our favorite paleontologists go, we're excited that the DINOSAUR ride system will be reimagined for a new Indiana Jones Adventure attraction in the future.
Welcome, Bluey! (And a Temporary Closure)
For real life! Bluey and her sister Bingo are coming to Animal Kingdom. To prepare for their arrival, the Wildlife Express Train and Conservation Station closed for refurbishment on February 23, 2026. A brand-new, interactive Bluey experience is scheduled to open in this space in Summer 2026, which is fantastic news for families with little ones.
A "Zootopia" Takeover at the Tree of Life
The show inside the Tree of Life, "It's Tough to Be a Bug!", has been replaced by a new 4D adventure called "Zootopia: Better Zoogether!". Don't forget to grab your special "Carrot Vision" 3D glasses on the way in for an immersive experience with Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde.

This is still one of the most popular attractions in all of Disney World, and tackling it first thing will save you a long wait later. Pro Tip: While many guests rush to Flight of Passage, the second ride in Pandora, Na'vi River Journey, is a beautiful and calm boat ride. If its wait is low, do it right after Flight of Passage before the crowds build.

After Pandora, make your way toward Africa for Kilimanjaro Safaris. The animals are often most active in the morning, making it the best time to go.
